At Vablix, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Digital products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened or used goods
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@vablix.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your item and place a new order separately.
